If you've forgotten your PIN, you'll need to reset your device using your 24-word recovery phrase. This will erase all data on the device, but you can restore your accounts using the recovery phrase. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.
Yes. Ledger Live never asks for your recovery phrase. All transactions are signed on your hardware device, keeping private keys offline. Always download Ledger Live from ledger.com.
You can view your balances and generate receive addresses offline. However, sending transactions and checking real-time balances require an internet connection.
Ledger Live automatically notifies you of updates. Go to Settings → About → Check for updates. Always update through the official app to avoid phishing attempts.
Your funds are safe as long as no one has your 24-word recovery phrase. Purchase a new Ledger device and restore your accounts using your recovery phrase. The thief cannot access funds without the PIN.
